We’ve got a delicious way to raise money for your non-profit group just by dining at our restaurant or selling Sky Hi gift cards. At Sky Hi, planning a fundraiser couldn’t be easier, and the benefits couldn’t be better:
Dining Fundraiser:
- 10% – 20% of event related sales will be donated to your organization; 10%- ($1 – $999), 15% – ($1,000 – $4,999), 20% – ($5,000 & greater).
- Pre-printed cards will be given to you to pass out to your friends and family. It will include the reference number that we will use to credit your organization with the sales. Your organization will pick up the cost for printing the cards. The printing cost will vary depending on the quantity of cards requested. The printing charge will be deducted from your final payment.
- Pick a week that will work for your organization. We will donate any sales using the pre-printed reference card between Monday and Thursday of the week that you pick. You can also pick out one afternoon or evening that week between Monday and Thursday to have a fun night out with friends and guests dining together for your cause. For larger groups, we would encourage there to be a few volunteers to help out with seating and clean up. We will provide Sky Hi t-shirts to the volunteers, as a thank you for helping.
- Don’t forget to promote your event! Hand out flyers, promote it on Facebook, send out e-mails or any other means to get everyone to stop by to participate in your fundraiser.
- And of course, enjoy fresh and delicious food while you are raising money!
Gift Card Fundraiser:
- 10% – 20% of event related sales will be donated to your organization; 10%- ($1 – $999), 15% – ($1,000 – $4,999), 20% – ($5,000 & greater).
- Sky Hi will provide the Gift Card Sales Form that will be used to sell the Sky Hi gift cards. The gift cards can come in any amount over $25. We will include a check mark box for the amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100 and Other Amount: ________.
- Fill out a form for each sale and have the donor pre-pay for the gift card.
- The organization’s fundraising coordinator will collect all the forms and the money.
- Once the forms and money are turned into Sky Hi, we will cut a check back to the organization for the donation and provide the gift cards and donor forms back to the organization’s fundraising coordinator within two weeks.
- It is recommended that the fundraising period be between two to four weeks in length.
- If the organization sells over $1,000 in gift cards, Sky Hi will provide t-shirts to the top three fundraisers and $25, $50 & $100 in free Sky Hi gift cards! If the gift card sales are over $5,000 in gift cards, Sky Hi will provide t-shirts to the top three fundraisers and $100, $150 and $200 in free Sky Hi gift cards!!
