We are pleased to announce that Sky Hi Grill will be making fresh sushi on Thursday, Friday’s & Saturdays starting at 5:00 p.m. Angel Luis has joined the Sky Hi Grill staff and has many years experience creating great sushi. You can even watch Angel as he is making your Rolls. We will be offering a large selection of Rolls which include: California, Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon, Tuna Roll, Salmon Roll, Shrimp Tempura, Spider Roll, Avocado, Cucumber & Philly Roll.
Our Specialty Rolls Include:
Cardinal Roll – fried shrimp, crab and asparagus topped with tuna, crunch, radish sprouts, eel sauce and Japanese aioli
Tiger Roll – calamari tempura, crab and asparagus topped with white tuna and drizzled with spicy aioli and eel sauce
Volcano Roll – California Roll topped with baked scallops, mussels and shrimp drizzled with spicy and wasabi aioli
Vegas Roll – crab, avocado, cream cheese and salmon, tempura- fried and drizzled with eel sauce
Spicy Butterfly – crab and asparagus topped with shrimp and drizzled with spicy sauce
Tuna Tempura – tuna, green onion and carrot tempura-fried and topped smelt roe and radish sprouts, drizzled with citrus soy sauce (no rice)
In addition, we will have Nigiri (2 pieces) and Sashimi (3 pieces) with options of Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, White Tuna, Eel, Shrimp, Octopus, Crab, Smoked Salmon and Veggie.
